We only collect the data you actively provide or that is strictly necessary to operate the site:

• Contact form: name, email, company (optional), message.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, timestamp — used to prevent abuse and ensure site security.

Purposes

Data is processed to reply to your enquiry, prevent spam and abuse, and keep the service secure.

• Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (replying to your enquiry).
• Legitimate interest in preventing abuse and maintaining service security.
• Consent, where required, for any optional processing.

Third parties

We rely on the following processors. Each acts under a data processing agreement and only for the purposes described above:

• Supabase — database hosting (EU region).
• Upstash — rate-limiting and session storage (EU region).
• Cloudflare — Turnstile anti-spam and R2 media storage.
• Vercel — web application hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form notifications.

Data retention

• Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Technical/abuse data: up to 30 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Request restriction of processing.
